If you change your mind or simply don't like your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The products must be undamaged and unused and the customer will pay for return postage. This offer does not apply to bespoke items made to clients' specifications.

All refunds will be paid by using the original payment method.

Any missing packages must be reported to us immediately. Please open and check the contents as soon as possible and report any damaged/missing items.

Faulty items and items damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded as soon as possible. Any such damage or fault must be reported within three days of receipt. We may ask for photographic proof of any damage.
